International business development position

SeARCH, an international architecture and urban planning bureau based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, is seeking an international business development profession with at least 10+ years of experience in the field of architecture. The applicant must have at least three years of previous experience in pursuing European and worldwide tenders through strategy development and lead generation, proposal writing and firm presentations. Candidate must speak native English fluently and have excellent writing and communication skills. Ability to read and speak Dutch is also required. Applicants must be extremely self-disciplined, and be able to work in a complex and dynamic environment on multiple projects with tight deadlines concurrently. A command of the Adobe CS and Microsoft Office is also required.
